A complimentary planning call is the best place to start if you’re considering an Italy or Mediterranean trip and want help shaping it thoughtfully.

- Where you’re hoping to go and when you’d like to travel
- The experiences that matter most to you
- Who’s traveling and how you like to move through a destination
- How I work and how I can support your planning
How I Work
If you choose to move forward after our call, I work with clients on a non-refundable planning fee based on the length and complexity of your trip. Planning fees typically range from $300 to $750 per household depending on trip length and logistics.
You can view my complete fee structure and what’s included here, or we can discuss it during our conversation.
After our call, I’ll send a follow-up email summarizing what we discussed. From there, you can decide whether you’d like to hire me to begin planning your trip.
Before You Schedule
Because pricing and availability can change quickly, I ask that clients be prepared to place a deposit within 3–5 business days of receiving a proposal, should they decide to move forward.
This helps ensure the recommendations I make are realistic and actionable.
